Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

bbm4d is committed to operating a secure and fraud-resistant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal.

Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS) are credited to your Account balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes subject to interbank clearing times. bbm4d does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

bbm4d reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. All funds deposited into a bbm4d Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds from a third party for the purpose of wagering, is strictly prohibited.
Clause 6
From time to time, bbm4d offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated at the point of opt-in. Failure to complete the Wagering Requirement within the stated validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from them.
bbm4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive first-deposit bonuses multiple times; low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; collusion between players on bonus-eligible markets. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, bbm4d reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated bets settled using Bonus Funds, and suspend the Account pending further review.
bbm4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account under the original terms will be honoured under those terms unless fraud or abuse is identified.
Clause 7
All bets placed on bbm4d are subject to acceptance by the Platform. bbm4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the market has been suspended due to live event developments, or where the bet originates from an Account under investigation.
Minimum and maximum stake limits for each market are displayed at the point of bet placement. For sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international fixtures featuring Timnas Indonesia — stake limits may vary by market type, event significance, and Account history. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, the overall stake limits and minimum selection count are governed by bbm4d's current sportsbook rules.
Bets will be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond 24 hours, the market being incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or a result being reversed by the relevant governing body after initial settlement. Voided bets are returned to the Player's real-money balance and do not count toward wagering requirements.
bbm4d will settle all markets based on the official result published by the governing body for the relevant sport or event. In the case of live casino games, the result displayed by the certified game engine at the time the round concludes is final. bbm4d does not accept claims based on perceived errors in external data feeds used for live score display purposes.
Clause 8
bbm4d operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform or harms other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Your continued use of the bbm4d Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4 above.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bbm4d holds its operating licence.
